The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). “This property was perfect for a vacation with our adult children & partners. We were looking for a place for the six of us to stay while we visited the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This property allowed us to enjoy time together not only in Cooperstown but also out on the water, fishing from the dock, playing in the game room, watching movies and cooking meals. Our host could not have been more accomodating; the house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we could want. Lovely outdoor space and very spacious indoor space. We all had our own space and privacy too. I highly recommend this home.”

“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”
