"We love staying here for weekends spent with friends attending Harvard athletic events. We can leave the car at the hotel, and it's an easy 15-minute walk to the stadium. Great lobby that's perfect for eating, drinking, and hanging out with friends. And of course, Klara is the BEST!!"

"Room was indeed spotless. Front desk was very helpful. The place is charming. From 1910 to 1940 it was a dorm for Harvard University, and it retains its homey feeling - no fluorescent lights and shopping mall look here! The living room was filled with books, newspapers and magazines, the little breakfast room downstairs was cute with checkered tablecloths, wooden furniture and excellent food."

"Ginkgo is a small hotel near Central Square primarily serving the community connected to Harvard and MIT. The property feels like a small inn or private home and is located in a residential area. My room (#15) was on the ground floor off the lobby, with a comfortable king size bed, chair and desk, and bathroom. Clean, comfortable and quiet were the major characteristics. The hotel manager is a very sweet Chinese-American woman who personally engages with all the guests. Enjoyed my stay and would return. "
