Sorry your stay was not as expected.Our staff responded to your request to reclean the bath room mirror and we apologize you had to ask.The breakfast item you asked for was refilled upon your request.The Jacuzzi Suites are charged at a higher rate because of the larger room and other amenities.Hope you will give us a chance to do better and consider staying with us again!

Check in staff, demanded my cc and my cc PIN. After some pressure, the staff after persistence called the manager. The manager confirmed the PIN was not needed. When I asked the staff after why they were trying to get my PIN, and he wouldn’t answer me

Water in the shower took 20 minutes running to even get warm - there was a large crack in the floor of the tub and the shower head leaked with barely any water pressure - the room mirror was smudged with something goopy - the stand up lamp shocked me when I tried to turn it on - there was a very tiny garbage can in the bathroom - and one small one under the sink, would have liked to have one more in the room or at least one a little bigger - the back door entry said key card needed to enter but the wires for the pad were hanging and the door didn't even close

Great place to stay in Harvard!
My stay at Baymont was great! We were there for a nearby charity bike ride. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and stores. The hotel was very clean, well attended to and the employees were great. The free breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. Loved it!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The beds sheets were stained and the bathtub was clogged. The AC was not working. The lights went out for hours and it was hot.

needs full restoration
we needed a place to stay in Harvard for my daughters graduation, ignored the reviews, but they were pretty spot on, sheets badly stained, bathroom just as bad, the door entry wasn't in working order including the deadbolt, so they switched us rooms, sheets were just as bad, i did ask the attendent for new sheets he seemed aggitated but for 100$ a night, you do expect a clean place to stay, hotel needs full renovation we stayed 1 night and not the 2 other nights, he did refund 1 night.

Nice quiet property. Room was large and comfortable for the price. Nice breakfast with eggs and sausage. Waffles. Toast. Cereal. Juice. Disappointing the pool was closed but otherwise no complaints

My key was deactivated every time. Towels are no more white and they are very old. During my entire stay someone was smoking in the next room and the smoke enters my room, really uncomfortable.

Needs to be updated, drywall in shower has holes, stains on bed sheets, towels yellowed with stains complimentary lotion in room was half empty, key wallet from front desk was old and worn, and had other room numbers written on the inside like they were recycling them.

Awful customer service. Nobody would answer the phone. Power went out in the middle of the night in winter and wouldn’t give out extra blankets. Slept at work that night. Went to a different hotel and they have not responded for refund yet. Wont answer the phone or said to call back to talk to manager. Awful!!!

They were obviously trying to save money by having the heat so low that it was actually freezing in the pool room itself. I couldn't even sit and watch the kids swim because it was so cold. It was also freezing in the hallways, front desk, and dinni g room. The cereal tasted stale and there was no juice either day and the eggs were cold. The property itself was clean but i would not stat again because it was so cold outside the room so in actuality they are not saving money because they now losing repeat business.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Room was updated and clean! Perfect for one night after a wedding that was 4 minutes away. Very happy with experience after reading other reviews - would go back if had something in the area again. Man working the front desk was quick, helpful, and nice.

Absolutely disgusting, I wouldn’t want my dog to sleep in the beds or rooms that they have available. Every single item had stains, toilets were yellow with grey water. I thought it would be a nice getaway, absolutely ruined due to the lack of care for their business. Disgusting….

It was good as a place to crash at, otherwise, the room left a bit to be desired. The check-in process felt a bit unfriendly /unwelcoming! The little bugs in the shower were friendlier! (despite their presence) Thank you for hosting us for one night!
