Very comfortable

Stayed as in Hastings for festival. Lovely well equipped rooms. Bed comfortable nice to have tea coffee and biscuits available. Only complaint was charge of £20 per hour to check in early to drop bags off in room though room was ready bit extreme.

The property was ok and the staff friendly. However the corridors and bedrooms were far too hot and there was no air conditioning available and a minimal window to ventilate so very uncomfortable to be in

Lovely room, if your deaf

Room was lovely , staff the same. But the road that runs next to this hotel is incredibly load , street racing , fights , bottles being smashed. I’m half deaf and was still woken by very loud noises 3 separate times.

Nice hotel

Very nice room, clean, comfortable and staff was super nice and friendly. Location was perfect too. The only problem was the room was the room really really hot even though they provided 2 fans. We had to leave the window open all night which can get really loud outside on weekends which is understandable but we had no choice as it was too hot.
