I had left messages. 45 minutes later we finally got a call back with codes to get into the room. There was a slope in the floor and is very unsafe when trying to go to the restroom especially if your handicapped. Also on the slope its not noted. The bed frame stood out more than the mattress. “The room was clean, the bathroom had used toilet paper in the toilet. The shower had no pressure and after one shower, minimal hot water. There was a humming noise throughout the night and finally figured out that was the refrigerator. And the smell of weed as soon as we got there in the inside hallway.”

We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to a broken bed but the staff was quick to switch our room. The room 'window' a/c units were inside an enclosed hall, which made you have to set the temp low to cool the room, the hall leading to the rooms were insanely hot due to the placement of the a/c units.
