Condo 101 "Just Beachy"(HI-22) has been lovingly decorated and cared for and is the perfect place to stay while enjoying the beautiful Cape Hatteras Sea Shore. Walking distance to dining, shops, the Ocracoke passenger ferry and the beach!

This ground floor condo (no stairs) provides a comfortable living room w/ chair & sofa, TV/DVD. There is a well-stocked kitchen w/ breakfast bar (2 bar stools), fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner range, microwave / convection oven. Full hall bath (w/ tub). King bedroom w/ TV/DVD, sliding door leads to patio and walkway to the beach.

"Just Beachy" is in the perfect location with many great options surrounding you. From the beach that is just across the street (200 yards), the large community pool located just out your door (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), to the many shops and restaurants in the Hatteras Landing shopping plaza, you will find that you can walk to about everything! Also within walking distance: boat docks, shopping, restaurants, world class Sport fishing charters, kayak tours, The Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and beautiful sunsets over the sound. Make sure to plan a day exploring Ocracoke Island (just a ferry ride away). Rent beach bikes and explore the rest of Hatteras Island. Whether you want to relax on the beach with a book, swim, surf, fish, explore historic sites, bird watch, try your hand at water sports, or sit by the pool, Hatteras Island has it all. Price includes linens for the King bed, kitchen towels, and 2 bath towel sets (each set has 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth). Nightly rentals available year-round (with a 2-night minimum). Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.
