Come stay in the heart of Hattiesburg in this 4 bedroom 2 bath home! This home is perfect for families, small groups of couples, or traveling professionals. Centrally located near restaurants, shopping and more. Very close to USM and Forest General Hospital.

The Space:
Fabulous 4 bedroom 2 bath home in Midtown. Home features
a large Great Room w/Fireplace and built-ins. Formal Dining Room, well-designed kitchen with Corian countertops and breakfast area with lots of storage. Nice covered porch with deck and beautiful water feature.
Fenced Yard. 2-car garage.

Guest Access:
The entire home except the storage closet in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful neighborhood, aesthetically pleasing!

Getting Around:
The neighborhood has a bike lane for cycling, running, or walking.

Plenty of parking to accommodate.

Other Things to Note:
You will find a sanctuary like back yard with a small water feather and cover patio perfect for outdoor dinning and entertaining. This is located in a family friendly neighborhood and is great for like minded individuals.
