This was frustrating. After agreeing with the host regarding arriving time and price for the taxi, she waited till the reservation reached a point where I couldn't cancel anymore to say that the price was higher. Of course I complained about it and told her that I'll arrive at the hostel without using her taxi. After this she sent me a message saying that to arrive after midnight I have to pay a fee for each hour past midnight. I read her policies and rules in the Expedia profile and I didn't see anything related to that. She said I sent you this message before. I asked a prove that she sent me it before and surprensilly she sent me a fake screenshot that unfortunately I cannot send here.

Your opinion will always be frustrating when you do not put the well-being and comfort of your family first, mainly by defaming and not valuing the effort that other people make to make them feel that way.To clarify your mistaken views, since foolishness blinded you, preventing you from seeing the truth.First of all, if you were attentive to your reservation at the time of confirming it, you would automatically receive a message with its details, so that if you do not agree you can cancel in time. (I have proof of that) Where there was a point that specified the OPTIONAL taxi service, which costs 30 euros when the applicants are 1 to 3 people. (always thinking of a sedan type car) since there were 4 of you, you needed a larger car taking into account the luggage (a van type) since this obviously costs more expensive which was 50 USD.Another point said the check-in after midnight will be charged 10 euros for each extra hour. Because sometimes have to pay a staff until late at night to receive it. Which in this case THEY WERE NOT CHARGED because I received you, YOUR WIFE WAS ALSO AWARE OF ALL THESE THINGS.I want to add another thing, during your stay at home, me and my team did everything possible in our power to make you feel as pleasant as possible, we had conceptions with you which you were aware of, you should also have put in your review. We lent them a SIM card at no cost so that you could communicate when were you are not at home, so that if they needed something could call. But the most painful thing is that his wife knew all this, as I write before.What really makes me ashamed of you is that you arrive in a country unknown to you at 3 am with your family where there were children and because of your arrogance you do not value the advice and efforts of others. I don't want people like you in my house anymore. I wish you to continue growing as a person, as a father and as a husband.Good luck.

Un excellent séjour, le personnel est vraiment très investi dans votre bien être pour l'expérience à la havane. Un grand merci pour l'accueil et les jours passés dans cette établissement. La nourriture était géniale avec un service excellent.

Hotes accueillants et bienveillants. Toutes commodités disponibles. La casa mériterait peut être un petit rafraîchissement. Mais dans l'ensemble un très bon séjour à Hostal Noa. Merci à Andy et Elkie.

Agradable y familiar.
Lugar muy bonito y ubicado en zona vedado. Muy cercano a puntos turísticos y de interés. A pocos minutos hay restaurantes diversos. Se percibe ambiente seguro y cálido.

Très bon séjour
Très bon accueil pour cette chambre très propre et très confortable. Andy a répondu à toutes nos attentes pour ce tout premier séjour à Cuba : taxi, change, wifi et autres conseils. Très bon petit déjeuner sur une terrasse sympa avec vue sur la ville.

Nice place to stay
I had a pleasant stay here for a couple of days. It was an ok place to get to the bus station and not too far to the Malecon, though probably requires a taxi to the old town unless you don’t mind a walk in the heat. The place was clean and the balcony was nice. My hosts were helpful. The only thing that didn’t make it five star was the room was a bit dingy without natural light but if you aren’t spending lots of time there then it is a good base.

Loved this hostel. Andy, Ellkey & Yose were wonderful. Everything was clean. It was easy to get to many places. 30 min drive from Santa.Maria beach. Will definitely stay here again especially since this was my 5th time to Cuba. Muchas gravías MUNDO!! 🥰☺️

Una vacanza a Cuba può sempre risevarti dei contrattempi. Ma se puoi contare su un amico che può aiutarti a superarli ,allora sorriderai ugualmente. Andy, il proprietario dell hostal è una persona seria ,cordiale, un amico su cui contare. L hostal è in un ottimo punto della citta ,molto tranquillo e non lontano dal centro . A trip to Havana
NOA hostal is an excellent place to stay in Havana - good location in Vedado and near the uni! Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Adrian was so helpful, allowing us to stay an extra night, sorting breakfast each morning and making sure our airport transfer came on time. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Great place to stay in Havana
We really liked the place. The host was great, the breakfast was delicious, the apartment was clean and big enough, the roof top is a really cool place and the location of the apartment is good. We would visit any time again :)

Der Gastgeber Adrian hat uns bei allen Angelegenheiten helfen können. Er hat sich um uns gekümmert und stets gesorgt. Das Gefühl geborgen und daheim zu sein haben wir gut gespürt. Wer einige Tage in Havanna verbringen möchte, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Sein Hostal ist zentral und in einer guten gelegene Gegend.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer vor Ort wenn man etwas benötigt(Taxi etc). Das Highlight ist die schöne liebevoll gestaltete Dachterrasse mit einer Bar. Die Unterkunft ist nahe der Universität gelegen mit einer guten Anbindung zu den Bussen.

I really liked the area where this property is located. It was easy to get to all parts of Havana. There were a couple restaurants that were very close by that I would recommend. Binky and Locos for Cuba. The property is clean and the staff is very helpful.
