"We had a great time at this house. The view out back was great. However, the house was listed as a luxury home and from the pictures it looked like it. The pictures were not accurate. There were things listed that weren’t there and things that didn’t work. The home needs a lot of repairs inside and out. I sent a note to the manager and she said they would look at the things that need to be fixed. "

Would definitely rent again and recommend, love that the doors to pool have alarm as we have 2 toddlers, only complaint is the remote for the tv in living room was not working but who needs tv when you have the beautiful pool! And lake nearby. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Blinds for glass slider doors were sticky and hard to open but once your in the backyard your not caring about anything else but relaxing, and playing in the pool. "

"Incredible home in a great city to visit. All you’ll need to do is bring your clothes as the home is stocked for everything you need. Great view of the lake and beautiful sunrise/sunsets from the pool deck. There isn’t enough positives to say about this home. Great communication from Kassandra the owner. Check in/out super easy. "The property was one of the best we've stayed in (out of ~10 homes). Immaculate, well-stocked and maintained in A-1 condition. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with the back patio area facing the mountains, it was a great location. Also in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and Lake Havasu. We will definitely put this one on our rotation schedule next time we visit the Southwest. Thanks to both the property managers and the Owner for being so responsive and attentive to our simple requests. Quiet neighborhood suitable for a great family getaway...enjoy the sparkling pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen."
