"Great location for a family holiday in Devon/for visiting western Dorset. We had a great stay, plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed for our group of 5. Bathrooms were nice and modern and clean. We made it down to the estate's private beach access which has a lovely view- a lot of maintenance has gone on recently to keep the path open. A nicely different place to stay with plenty of parking."

"Good welcome from the host and her lovely dogs which was good as we had our dog,room was small and tea making facilities were in with toilet and wash basin,first of all were dissapointed but on awaking the next morning realised yes this is an old farmhouse and should respect as its old and not been modernised at all and to alot of people would be amazed with thus old building ,and we have been spoilt by doing cruises etc,the host is a wonderful lady, so funny ,and a real lovely lady to talk to and we wish her the very best for the future"

"We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. The small touches are what makes this hotel a special one. The bar downstairs proved popular to watch the world cup and we appreciated the hospitality during the evening. Breakfast was cooked to order and taken on the deck. The swimming pool was excellent. Car parking is easy and plentiful. One small point is that we would have appreciated a fan in our room which was very hot. Given the extremely high temperatures we are all experiencing it might be something to consider for the future. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine and of a very high standard."

"Bryher was an excellent chance find on the internet and we were very comfortable there during our stay. The extremely hot weather could have marred our little break but the breeze coming up off the Corn field made it so much more pleasurable. We will most certainly return to Bryher again for a next break in that area........hopefully soon.Many thanks to StephanieNina, Peter, Jamie and Benji"

"Place was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. It's right in the town centre so great location. Car park a short walk away. Highly recommend the picture house for breakfast (only a few days a week)."
