Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

“We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and had to move to another unit second day of stay. Called in the morning to report leak. No one told us we had to move to another unit till 3 pm in the afternoon while we were getting ready to go to St. John for dinner reservations. We had to move all of our stuff at 9:30 at night along with all the groceries we Chad just purchased. Very inconvenient. The attendant helping hardly lifted a finger to help. No compensation for this inconvenience. Told the……

“The room had a weird smell to it that was very unpleasant which made our stay uncomfortable the entire time. The sofa bed mattress was filthy. We asked staff for a different room but they said they were sold out and it wouldnt be a room with balcony view so that would be a downgrade. Rooms need to be updated and new furniture is need ASAP.”
