"All was clean and as listed. An extra was watching all the hummingbirds and deer up close to the house. It is out of the way but we enjoy that fact. Very private and quiet."

"The lake was not swimmable for our kids due to the amount of algae floating right by the dock and in front of the beach. That was the the downside. We were hoping the kids would be able to swim."
