"Oh boy, where to start? We had a king bed that felt like it was broken. So uncomfortable!!! The breakfast was skimpy the first day and got worse every day. We started checking it and then going out for breakfast. Just an added cost. Terrible place!"

"The property was very quiet but there was trash left outside the door for at least 3 of the 4 days that we stayed by previous occupants. No clean linen was ever dropped off or toiletries had to keep washing towels. Ants were crawling out of the dresser. Pools were nice and clean and check-in was a little longer then expected."

"I hate I couldn’t be accommodated for the day that was missed on the reservation. My husband has stage 3 cancer and was not able to travel the first night of the reservation. The buffet was horrible. The bacon was hard. It cracked in your mouth like cracklings. Potatoes were cold and stale. Eggs let’s not mention. The main reason for the stay was for the breakfast and it was so disappointing. My experience wasn’t a good one. Let me mention the extremely loud sex that was going on next door that kept me up the whole night. I was pleased at all with my stay."

"Place is always very well maintained Hospitality is outstanding It is all around great place. A age restriction on some of the amenities would be great. Tried twice to get into the sauna. On two different nights both times were full of teenagers throwing water and smacking each other with wet towels. Restrictions of some sort on both that and the gym would accommodating. I did say something to the lady at the bar as I walked by but she just laughed."

"Property was ok it’s just the sliding glass door didn’t lock, the living room TV didn’t work and there was a mess in the bathroom.. Looked like the previous guest spilt a strawberry smoothie or something. We got in late and left early so it worked for the evening. Not sure we’d go back.."

"Staff was friendly (when they were at the desk) but hotel and rooms were extremely too hot. The smell of chlorine in the pool was overpowering and not enjoyable to guests to the point it was burning our eyes as soon as you walk near the door. The hot tub was murky green and smelled of fish. AC was not working properly our entire stay and we even left right before midnight of our last night there as we were so uncomfortable. We were going to try and change rooms but when we went to the desk each time no one was there or multiple other guests were there complaining as well for other reasons. There are mechanical issues with the elevators, outside pool was not as shown and drained/ not in working order. I chose to drive 4 hours back home versus staying another night in this hotel."
