“My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. ”

“This is a recently remodelled hotel. Unfortunately, not all of the rooms are ready for occupancy, and the hotel management is renting the rooms knowing full well that problems exist. We were given a room with electrical problems. The microwave and refrigerator did not work. Two staff members came up to look into it, and tried to convince us that the refrigerator turned on when plugged in to a nearby outlet. I checked and the refrigerator still did not work. One of the staff members……

“All staff was very pleasant from check in to check out. The room was clean. The indoor pool was not heated, so it was a little cold. Towels were provided which is very nice. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again.”

“There was remodeling and some noise. There was no breakfast the two day I was there. I asked for a "quiet" room and they had me facing the parking lot and a busy street (Woodruff Rd). I was too tired to go back down and ask for another room so I stuck it out. ”

“Staff very helpful. They came with a maintenance man to troubleshoot our thermostat within two minutes of our call to front desk. No frills here, but i would recommend if you’re not going to be in the hotel room much—not completely comfortable for sitting or relaxing. ”

“Full kitchen but nothing in the cabinets to use to cook. No utensils, plates, pots or pans, glasses, etc. The carpet was so dirty that it turned my white socks brown. Stains on the furniture and carpet. Very low end lodging. ”

“It has potential but only if management cared about the guests as well as they care about the money! I get having a business but in order for it to run properly and you get more business, then start by actually cleaning or getting people to clean that actually clean. ”
