The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious and stylish. Really, one of the nicest hotels at have recently stayed in. Very efficient, albeit cool and aloof staff, helped with check-in and check-out. A smile would have been great on either end of the process to make us feel welcome. However, I do recommend the hotel. It has a great vibe and the location can’t be beat. Convenient valet parking included was a big plus.

The open floor plan was attractive and very comfortable. Really liked the balcony/deck, the inside sitting area, nice bed and linens, and small touches like the card key controlled lights and great snacks! Close location to the square and restaurants. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Except for the Monday morning garbage service the gardener blowing and the extremely heavy footed person above us the stay was wonderful. I did see the valet parking was free but it turned out to be $20 per day.

Great location in walkable distance to everything in downtown Healdsburg. We really appreciated the free valet parking and eco touches like sparkling and still water stations on every floor. Our room was large and comfortable and faced the creek and you could hear some street noise. Only downside was the staff who were not particularly professional or helpful.

Great experience. Excellent service and hospitality. Complimentary valet, complimentary champagne for our anniversary. Complimentary breakfast. Pool is small and shaded but you can also use pool in partner hotel right next door.

I feel the staffing needs improvement most importantly the front desk. The gentleman checking us in could use some training in greeting people and overall hospitality. The room is average there is no room service or anything to eat on property this is not mentioned in the description when booking . I find the place very over priced and would suggest staying down the street at the healdsburg Hotel with actual amenities
