"I paid for two rooms through hotels.com. On arrival, we only had one reserved. Had to pay for a second. Talked with hotels.com support staff, said I’d get a refund. Never got it."

"After staying a month, my room showed a lot of grime. Unfortunately the bathroom was never cleaned. The bedding only once a week. I really like the staff but they are not given the power to please the guests. Their tools are outdated and the rooms are not thoroughly washed down."

"The accommodations were great and as advertised. Check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sandpoint. A short walk to downtown restaurants and shops and an amazing view of the lake from both the living space and master bedroom. "

"The check-in was not good. We get to our room with the code we were given and the lockset was dead. We tried numerous times. Tried getting a hold of the management company and it was after hours. We texted the # we had. I could go on but it took about 45 minutes standing in the hallway after a 6 hour drive. The person we talked to was nice and she finally was unable to unlock the door and we walk in and it hadn't been cleaned. The beds had been slept in etc. No change-over had happened. The management company found a room next door and after more time we got in. The unit was beautiful as well as the view. They need to have people available after hours (it was 7 p.m. at night not late)"
