「What a gem! Lovely view to the water! Walkable to the courthouse restaurant and music venue. We were the only guests as we came during the winter months. We were upgraded to the room with a view and enjoyed sitting for tea in our window. Bed was very comfortable with lovely sheets and water was good and hot for the tub soak! 「We stayed at the adjacent property ( the Pepper) while my mother and my son took up accommodation in the Salt cottage. We will be forever grateful to have been able to rent bith properties to have a group family vacation that will be remembered for years to come. The view from the back deck will have you relaxed and wanting to return again and again to relish the sunrise with a cup of coffee and fresh local bread and jam. We put up a tree, hung stockings, snuggled in jammies, played cards, did a puzzle, built Lego, watched movies, read books, walked the trail to the root cellar (3 times), cooked a turkey feast, and just relaxed.
