“Room is clean and cosy. German style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location which take 5-10min walk to old town Alstadt or mitte area or shops/restaurants. It is a 15min walk to hbf and thus suggested to take bus to n from hbf. Bus stop are just outside the hotel n 1min walk only. Carpark is available. ”

“When I opened the door to my room, I immediately felt warm and cozy. The wood floors nicely swept, my comfy bed, light filtering in the window. The bathroom was amazing with a giant shower, plenty of space to put things, and very clean. The breakfast area was so inviting. The food was terrific and it was the perfect way to begin my day. I LOVED the coffee maker because it had all kinds of choices and was ready so fast. I loved my stay at Hotel Klemm. The only reason I gave it a 4 on maintenance,……

“Alles gut”

“The property is about 40 minutes from the railway station-not 20 minutes, as the hotel suggests. A decent breakfast was on offer, though a couple of changes each day would have been appreciated. Having the same breakfast every day can be a bit boring, in spite of the quality of the fare. The cleaning of the room was a problem: even when asked to clean the room, it was twice not done. When it was done, paper goods were not replaced on two occasions.. How difficult is it for cleaning staff to see……

“Zeer degelijk hotel met super vriendelijk personeel en uitstekende keuken. Gezellig ingerichte kamers.”

“The hotel was simple but adequate for our short stay. It is very well placed near the centre of Wiesbaden and the room was clean and bright and very quiet. Access was simple even when the reception wasn’t staffed, and though we didn’t have breakfast, it looked good.”

“房間內沒有吹風機，打電話到櫃檯和房務沒有人接，後來到平台上留言，再打一次電話到櫃檯，同時就有員工送過來了。 只是我剛好和櫃檯在講電話，這時員工以為房間內沒有人，就直接開門了，有一點嚇到。 不過整體來說房間乾淨，也很舒適，早餐也不錯。若有機會會再回訪”

“Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und das Frühstück hammer! Grosse Auswahl. Herzliche Gastgeber. Sauber war es schon, aber das Haus ist halt wirklich schon alt und das hat man im Dachapartement (Fenster, Wände) durchaus gemerkt. Einrichtung sehr spartanisch aber ok. Babybett tiptop. Das Apartement würden wir nicht nochmals buchen, es war für den Preis einfach nicht gut/zu alt, schlechter Zustand. Man muss aber sagen, dass die Gastgeber so dermassen freundlich und zuvorkommend waren, dass sie……
