Welcome to Mayflower Lakeside 1015, a brand-new luxury townhome nestled in the prestigious Deer Valley East Village / Mayflower area. This two-level, 2638 square feet townhouse promises a truly opulent experience. With its proximity to the Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Valley Resort Jordanelle Express Chairlift, and a short 15-minute drive to Park City ski resorts and Historic Main Street, this property is an ideal haven for year-round activities.
The property comprises three bedrooms, a den, and 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably.
Upon entering through the front door or garage, guests are welcomed into a grand main level great room with an 18-foot ceiling and an open floor plan.
Living Room: The contemporary living room boasts luxury furnishings, including a leather sectional sofa with three reclining seats, along with plush chairs.
