Nestled in the peaceful Mayflower Lakeside area, this newly constructed, chic, modern home is the perfect way to experience Park City's finest ski and year-round mountain adventures.

This light-filled home features an open floor plan of over 1,500 square feet that combines comfort and style. Relax in the contemporary living area by a cozy fire and large screen HDTV. Whether at the breakfast bar, or the spacious dining table, enjoy a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and quartz countertops. Take in the beautiful, contemporary furnishings, and rest in luxury bedding and linens. Enjoy a private deck with a fire pit, and stunning views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. High speed internet, HDTVs, games, puzzles and more will keep you entertained when you're relaxing at home.

Beautifully appointed bedrooms offer new furniture with lots of storage, comfortable mattresses and quality linens, and large windows with views. Two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a bunk room with 3 beds sleeps 6-7 comfortably.

Best location ever!

This property was perfectly located only 5 min away from the new East base of Deer Valley, and only a few more min away from Park City. The property was immaculate, and the covered garage was awesome, since it snowed every day we were there. The owner communicated quickly and effectively, and we had no issues during our stay.
