"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. Suite room is definitely worth paying some extra money for (modern and spacious). Breakfast was from 8am till 11am. The food choice for breakfast was rather limited,...

"Simply an incredible experience staying here! Nabil is such a great host and gentleman. We enjoyed spending time with him and learning about the history of his family home. From being very accommodating to our schedule, to the amazing breakfast he prepared featuring his mother's secret recipe for eggs, to driving us around to see original Banksy art, and treating us as friends instead of customers... we cannot say enough great things about our experience!
