"Truly amazing. The process of saving almost extinct species (snow leopard, Przewalski horses, amphibians, cranes and woodpeckers and many more) is so necessary and done so well here. The habitat is carved into a beautiful mountainside so animals are content and thriving. The hotel had very fine young chefs creating delicious food every day and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. We even spent one superb night in a cabin in the forest! A never to be forgotten time for us. "

"Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Da wir sonst zelten, kamen wir mit der Unterkunft zurecht. Die Technik funktioniert. Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte es sogar gemütlich werden. Wir konnten uns von Pilzen und Beeren ernähren. Beim Angeln hatten wir kaum Glück. Nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet!"

"Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit einer fantastischen Außenanlage. Bei Ankunft hätte es im Badezimmer und vor allem in der Küche sauberer sein können. In der Küche muss dringend nachgebessert werden. Alle drei beschichteten Pfannen sind sehr stark beschädigt und nicht mehr zu benutzen ohne Gesundheitsrisiken. Viel zu volle Schubladen mit einem Sammelsurium an abgenutzten Gegenständen, zum Teil rostig. Das ist schade und wird dem Haus mit der tollen Lage nicht gerecht. Das Kinderzimmer durch...

"First time in Sweden, this hotel was better then I expected. Rooms are great, very comfortable, sound proof rooms, staff is amazing and speaks English well and can help with everything, the breakfast is by far the best part OMG. The hotel is close to the central station which helps a lot, it’s in walking distance of grocery stores and many restaurants etc. by far a great place and I will be coming back very soon. ❤️"
