「Very helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely rooms. Great location.」

「Old building but inside is clean. A little bid small space. Location is excellent to access San Sebastian old city to explore hood food.」

「The staffs are dedicated and responsible which makes the stay a bonus. Safe and clean. Good location where you go to the beach and the old town in a couple of minutes. It’s recommended for the travellers to stay. 」

「We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town.」

「Paolo and Idoia were wonderful hosts! Very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely return if I get the chance! Thank you--Tati and Rob send our gratitude!」

「Good location」

「Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker. Additional appreciation for the lovely reception staff person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me find things I was looking for even on Sunday when everything...

「The staff was really good but bear in mind that the reception only operated in certain hours and must inform the host if you’ll arrive early. The shower was not the best as the water splashes out easily since there’s no door. Location is amazing.」

「Instrucción to the building and room were clear and easy friendly. Room and bathroom assigned were super clean. I will book again at Pension El Puerto!」
