Better than home from home.

Obviously a personal opinion and reflective of what home is like. Comfortable studio with kingsize bed and twin sinks in the bathroom. Easy 10 minute walk from the main station despite ongoing construction works in the area. Easy connections to the old town and tourist areas.

Very nice stay in Heidelberg.

Very nice and big appartment with 2 balconies in quiet area. We brought bicycles so it was very easy to go to old city area. The host offered parking for the bicycles free of charge in locked garage. We enjoyed the high standard of the appartment and the high service from the host. He gave top service and we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent room, comfortable and with fine bathroom facilities. It is a bit difficult to reach SUYTES as the access road Czernyring is closed due to roadworks. Tricky if you walk from the train station and cross Montpellierbrucke.

The Suytes Business Apartments Heidelberg announces, through Hotels.com and through their own website, that the rooms are Air-conditioned. They are not. AVOID!!

Clean, modern, close to the train station and very quiet. I loved having the mini kitchen as a break from dining out. Check in via the key box was easy. My only complaint is that the WiFi was so weak that I had to sit in the lobby to use FaceTime. Note: in September 2023 there is some construction that makes it confusing to get to the hotel on foot coming from the tram stop or the train station. Just cut through the parking lot of Mandy’s Fast Food, which will take you to Czernyring.

Wonderful and friendly staff, neat and spacious.

Very responsive staff, and helped us to load luggage to our apartment. However no AC might be a minus point when weather is too too hot. However during our stay weather was warm but not too bad yet without AC. It’s quite close to HBF, where is about 10 mins walk. Very easy to go to anywhere u wanna go. During our stay, the cleaning staff left a rag in the balcony, also we found unwashed cups inside the dish washer. it’s not a big thing but could be improved later. As we had to check out early in the morning, by calling the staff on the phone we were given very clear and easy instruction to check out. We certainly would like to stay again whenever we come back to Heidelberg.

Reception seems to be open only in the mornings, so if you try to contact them at 2pm, you can't get through. This was a worry as we received an email telling us our registered credit card was not working and they would cancel our reservation. Very stressful. The room was comfortable and clean; apart from the dishwasher, which smelt mouldy, and the sofa, which had horrible stains on it. Several sockets were not working, so we had to choose between using laptops or having light. (There is no ceiling light in the sitting part of the living space.) It also meant one of us sat on the sofa, the other one at the table. The mattress was very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedroom very welcome; it was also not one of those aggressive aircons which give you a cold and make it freezing. Just perfect. The pillows, however, were torture implements and meant that we had broken sleeps. Breakfast is sort of adequate. Baked-up mass produced rolls (a crime in Germany with all its wonderful bread), horrible yoghurt, but nice teas and coffee and a small range of cheese, meats and spreads, couple of cereals. Only 3 tables which were very high with bar stools. Not suitable for vertically challenged people but I suppose uncomfortable enough to make you leave quickly and vacate the table for other guests. We appreciated having the space and a kitchenette and would come again.

Personal top und Hygiene problematisch!

Der Mitarbeitern sind top und sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat gute Parkmöglichkeiten und scheint in einem guten Zustand zu sein. Bei genauerem Hinsehen gibt es sehr viele hygienische Mängel. Der Wasserkocher, die Kaffeemaschine und alle Utensilien sind alle fettig Fingerabdrücke, teilweise Essensreste von Vorgängern, ob jedes Zimmer eine Spülmaschine hat, unvorstellbar! Alle Sitzmöglichkeiten sind alle fleckig. Sofakissen haben Eiweißflecken und dufte Unangenehm. Entschuldigung, ich bin sehr direkt.

Sehr viel Platz! Alles sehr sauber und ruhig! Man konnte sich mit Kaffee und Essen selbst bedienen. Keiner hat einen gestört. Zum Check in war jedoch keiner da. Mit somit konnte man die kostenlose Nutzung des Parkhauses nicht nutzen. Das war schade.

Ruhige Unterkunft im Wohnhausstil

Die SUYTES Business Studios sind modern und freundlich eingerichtete Apartments von angenehmer Größe in einem wohnhausähnlichen Gebäude. Toll sind die großen Balkone, auch das Zimmer an sich ist sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet, es fehlt aber ein wenig an „Wärme“ bei der Einrichtung, eine bessere Beleuchtung wäre toll und die Küche könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. mit einer Kapselkaffeemaschine - es gab nur einen Wasserkocher - und beim Geschirr). Was mir persönlich fehlte, war Leben - was aber vermutlich dem Konzept der Business Studios geschuldet ist. Es fühlt sich eher an wie in einem normalen Wohnkomplex, wo man auch selten jemandem seiner Nachbarn begegnet. Parkplätze waren am Straßenrand vorhanden, durch die Baustelle wohl mehr als normalerweise. Ruhig war es ebenfalls, und wenn die Baustelle weg ist, dürfte auch die ÖPNV-Anbindung nicht schlecht sein. Insgesamt sind die SUYTES Business Studios empfehlenswert für Reisende, die kein „Hotel-Feeling“ brauchen und lieber für sich sind.
