Ein schönes Chalet. Leider fehlte die Schlafzimmertür und trotz direkter Reklamation wurde dies nicht behoben. Sämtliche Gardinenstangen waren schief, die vom Schlafzimmer fiel runter. Ich habe einen Handwerker kommen lassen. 1 Tag Stromausfall wurde mit einem echt tollen Essensgutschein im Lokal Vorort gut gemacht. Herzlichen Dank dafür!Die Sauna ist in einem kleinen Raum mit Kommode für Wäsche und allerlei Dinge stehen dort. Unter anderem stand da ein Staubsauger, dessen Beutel überquoll und ich bekam keinen neuen, obwohl direkt gemeldet. Der Wischmob war auch benutzt. Kein Putzmittel, kein Putzeimer. Bitte sorgen Sie dafür, dass eine Tür zum Schlafzimmer montiert wird und dass die Reinigungsgeräte sauber und funktionsfähig sind. Dann kommen wir wieder!
