「Great location - although lots of stairs if that's an issue. The property is beautiful and within easy walking distance to downtown Highlands. The lobby and bar looked really nice, and we were looking forward to coming back from dinner and grabbing a cocktail, and just hanging out, but were told at 730pm that there was a private party and that those areas were closed off to guests. I don't think I have ever heard of closing the lobby to guests - pretty disappointing.」
