"They position it as a resort-style luxury experience, but it is far from that. It is really just a basic standard hotel stay with small rooms. So the value just isn't there, especially when you're paying a nightly resort fee for a place that has little to no amenities and minimal service. Even if they give you the $20 day credit, it doesn't outweigh just staying somewhere else. It's not in a crowded area with service that just doesn't compare to what else is in the area for the exact same price. Then this hotel is just across the street. The only reason to stay here is to read the history on the walls, which you can do for free if you just come as a patron versus a guest of the hotel. If you want to say you stayed at the hard rock save that bucket list for Vegas. This isn’t even comparable. "

"Breakfast served to room without utensils or sides. By the time we got it, our food was cold. Also fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and even though it was a false alarm, it took forever for the staff to figure how to reset the elevators and they wouldn’t let us use the stairs so we were forced to remain in the lobby waiting… Additionally, when I went to use the pool I was told that it was not included in my stay which was not correct and another member of the staff had to correct them and let me in.
