2/10 Terrible

"I stayed this hotel every other weekend for my nursing clinical at hospital last weekend there’s no towel in rack. I didn’t bother to ask. But i told the front desk guy Sunday morning before I checked out about the towels. I called them because they charged me extra $50 in my bills. Called them about and i found out they charged me for the towels that I haven’t have. They should hold accountable that they didn’t put any towels in there. They said manager gonna call me still waiting. Screwed up everything now I don’t think Im going to stay in that place again. It makes me think that they done this to others before. I am not staying in the place again. That’s really aggravating me because thinking about charging a towel that i never have in that room."

"This house was great! Very clean and beautiful view of the river. We had access to the river next door to wade fish. We also had a boat launch at the end of plane tree lane. The house has wonderful amenities and games. Our two families stayed here with no problems. Our dogs were accepted which was great because they are service dogs. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This property was perfect for our needs. I is clean & well-maintained. We were super-happy that there are guest laundry machines available. Travelers should pay attention that there is no elevator and stairs are required if you are on the 2nd level. The lady attending the breakfast & dining area was on the ball! It was immaculate. This is a well-managed property and we will be back."

Lakefront home with easy access to Norfork Lake

"We spent two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless and the view of Lake Norfolk was breathtaking. We went to relax and did exactly that. The property was filled with wildlife which included 7 deer that seemed to live in the backyard. Lots of birds and the home was set up to view the lake and wildlife all across the back of the house. We will definitely return the next time we simply want to relax."
