This is a residential neighborhood and the location is best described as "semi-private" as you will see or hear families in the area. Cabin is approximately 340 square feet. The kitchenette and sitting room are at the front of the cottage. Bedroom at the back with a queen-sized bed. (no climbing ladders to get to the sleeping area). The bathroom is about the size of an RV bathroom with the shower measuring 27"x32" and the commode area 20" wide. (May not be comfortable for all people; especially pro football players). Level, private driveway. Fire pit close to the cabin with firewood provided. Charcoal grill. (Guest to bring charcoal, starter fluid)
