「1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in!
2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...

「I had a handicap accessible non-smoking room. The chairs were hard. The bed was nothing but a mattress on top of a thin springs that every time you sit on the bed, it felt like you were in a barn, and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable to be handicap accessible they still had nothing but a bathtub with handlebars to get in and out of the tub person with a wheelchair could not get into it just like me I couldn't take a shower because I could not lift my legs up underneath the bathtub instead...
