「We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall experience is very good and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is located near to an underground station and it is very convenient to travel. There is free parking for us to park our car. When we first arrived, we are impressed by the warm welcome of the staff and the user-friendly design of the facilities. The quality of the breakfast is good and we enjoyed very much. 」

「Reception was closed (for referb I think) and we were not able to get in contact with the staff at the hotel very easily, had to go to the shop next door and ask them to ring the hotel staff, phone number was wrong on this app, mine was too for some reason so this is a hotels.com issue really. Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in.
Once we did get...
