Lettie was always kind, responsive, and helpful, as was the caretaker, Tanner. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and enough space for us all. There were even extra toiletries which was a nice surprise. It was also very clean and had the softest sheets ever. Both the main bed and sofa bed were very comfortable.
