"This is a truly exceptional property. The building is exquisite, and the gardens are beautiful. The bedroom was very large, with a very comfortable superking sized bed. There is a pool, a bar and a pool room. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. The property is extremely peaceful and quiet despite being very close to the city centre. Can highly recommend"

"Super accueil Aucun bruit, très belle vue, la chambre donne sur une terrasse via une grande baie vitrée. A noter puisque rare : de nombreuses prises électriques (y compris une USB avec repose portable) pratique de nos jours ou l'on arrive avec des pc, de tel portables... "‘Reception desk’ consisted of a young lad sticking his head out of the window saying, ‘yeah?’ When he showed me into ‘reception,’ it was his & his girlfriend’s bedroom!! He took me up a steep flight of stairs with a broken handrail to a bedroom with 3 beds in it. Mine was the one with the toddler’s sheets in it! The bathroom was in another bedroom, on my last night a couple were staying, they were ‘busy’ all night so I couldn’t go to the toilet!! Talking of which, the toilet was the actual one...

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...
