The quaint 2-bedroom apartment in Thuringia is located on the upper floor of the watermill building. The home is suitable for small families and groups of friends can accommodate 4 persons. You' have the garden with barbecue area and sauna at your disposal.

The region offers extensive sports and leisure opportunities. You are within 1 km of cycling and hiking trails, open-air pools, carriage rides and much more. The supermarkets and restaurants are 3 km away. Water sports are 15km and the golf course is 20 km away.

You enter your apartment through the shared entrance, which is accessed via the outside stairway. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Here you'll also find the bright living area with floor heating, furnished bedrooms with TV and wood stove, and a modern bathroom. Play equipment, deckchairs, parking and bicycles are also available. A pet is also very welcome here.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohung in idyllischer Lage

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in dem einsamen Hammabachtal. Die Mühle ist wunderschön gestaltet, aufwendig renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
