Located on the first floor, the apartment is divided into a bedroom with a large double bed, an open living, cooking and dining area and a shower room with hand basin, bidet and toilet. Take a seat on the two comfortable sofas in the open plan living area that gives you a view of the TV and out through the floor to ceiling windows onto the balcony. One of the two sofas can be taken off as a sleeping bed for another person. The kitchenette, consisting of oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle is in front of the large dining table with four chairs. For your entertainment, a 3D 40 "flat screen TV with Blue-Ray Hi-Fi system is available. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere in the winter months.
