“This accommodation worked great for us. Great location for a ride on the Erie Canal Trail. It isn’t a fancy place but has eating and antiques nearby. There is a working kitchen for those who want to cook or make coffee and a living area separate from bedroom. You will find a do it yourself bike shop area across the street in the mill across the street. There is no reception desk so go into the restaurant/bar below or the old stone mill across the street for information. The other thing to……

“A fellow at a nearby bar told us that The Doubletree used to be the Hotel Utica and was one of the first hotels in the city. It has great original architecture and features! They’ve definitely done a great job of keeping the original feel with modern amenities. I will definitely stay here again. ”
