「We did not get roll away bed because of unavailability」

「The staff couldn't find our booking and that took forever but it was finally found. The building was in poor shape and not very clean. The carpet was pretty disgusting. The entire place smelled like weed and the neighbors were loud. On the way out, the elevator stopped working with us in it. We were able to get out, but had to get our luggage out and take it down the stairs. Staff were very unhelpful. Would not stay again.」

「Staff was very helpful and efficient and room was clean and comfortable.,」

「The hotel was pretty well booked which I knew when securing my room reservation due to an event in the area. We ended up with a room next to the mechanical room so they waved our pet fee due to the inconvenience. That was done without us asking which was nice and appreciated. The room was a bit tight for an accessible room. We ended up pushing the beds against the wall to make room for my wheelchair in between them. This room would have been better suited for one king size bed not two queens....
