The layout of the room is convenient and efficient. I love the hooks instead of a closet. Wish other hotels would do this. Breakfast area was clean and good selection of food. “The room is nice enough for the price. My only complaint is that the shower drain was extremely slow. So slow i dont know how housekeeping cleans it and hasnt reported a problem to maintenance. I asked the night desk person to have maintenance look at it in the morning. At 6pm the next day i checked the drain and nothing had been done. Talked to the next desk person and was told maintenance doesnt enter a room without permission from the occupant. A confusing statement. I asked for a plunger and……
