"The bathrooms smelled terrible, notified the cleaning stuff, with no outcome. The bedsheets were changed often, but no vacuum made in 4 days, even if is a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool water was pleasant. In order to get some amenities I had to remind the front desk. No status at Expedia was recognized or upgrade offered."
