The owners live on site and they take pride in their business. They are super nice and accomadating. The rooms are super clean and the hotel smells amazing. We hesitated staying here, but so glad we did. They are super super nice.

This place would be good if they put some money into renovations. The rooms are outdated. Bed was extremely uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a cot with a mattress. When I turned on the shower brown water came out, the bathroom sink sprayed water when it was turned on. The place really needs ...

We loved our stay at the Elm House. It really felt like a home away from home. The hosts thought of everything and communication with them was excellent. The town of Troy was so welcoming as well. I hope we can visit again.

Our stay at Sycamore Springs Hotel was excellent. Our host was very helpful. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and beautifully restored! And the outdoor activities available to us made it fun for all ages. Our family would do it again!
