A nice touch was there was a nightshift person who introduced themselves to me and told me to ring anytime if any issues. Breakfast was a tasty, plated-up full English (much nicer than those breakfast buffets with a few grizzled eggs floating around). Will definitely stay there again.”

“A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and……

“The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful ”

“My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. Low spots were for me, as a woman staying alone for……

“This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good.”
