Welcome to your home away from home! This comfortable and fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath mobile home offers a perfect balance of peaceful country living and city convenience. Tucked into a half-acre with almost no traffic, you'll enjoy a calm, private setting while still being less than 20 minutes from Hickory's downtown shops, restaurants, and medical centers.
Step inside to a warm, inviting space that's been thoughtfully arranged for both relaxation and practicality. The layout is all on one level, with a mix of luxury vinyl plank, tile, and soft carpeting where it matters most. The living room is cozy and stylish, featuring a plush sofa, a TV, an electric fireplace, a coffee table, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool. It flows into a dining area with a table that seats four comfortably, which is excellent for dinner nights.
The open kitchen makes cooking easy and social, with a complete set of appliances: fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. It's also stocked with a coffee maker for your morning routine. Both bedrooms come fully furnished with TVs and storage. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, and closet space, while the second bedroom offers a twin trundle bed that can be configured into a king size bed upon request.
There are two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and vanity in the main suite and a second with a shower/tub combo and single vanity for added convenience.
Outside, a back deck leads to a spacious backyard with a grill and outdoor dining setup, perfect for evening meals or weekend lounging. This home is in Hickory, North Carolina, near the southern foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are 3 minutes from Rivers Edge Marina, 6 minutes from Lakeside Marine. The area blends suburban peace with easy access to local shops, grocery stores, and eateries. Hickory's downtown is just 20 minutes away, and it has a walkable charm with coffee spots, furniture outlets, and arts venues like the Hickory Community Theatre. Outdoor lovers will find nearby Lake Hickory and several parks ideal for hikes or kayaking.
