「My intuition told me to switch this reservation from the start and I should have listened. Not long after making the reservation, I was contacted that the listing was being extended by the existing renters so I was moved to another location at the Host’s expense. I then forwarded this to all that were staying there and it was a complete cluster trying to get this straightened out but eventually did. The biggest issue I had was that I had to “Ask” daily to have them lower the thermostat from 78...

「How was clean enough, it was a little dusty in a few areas. Kitchen could use a deeper cleaning. Parking was behind the home which is good! AC worked great! Area of location is wonderful lots of restaurants and HEB is across the street. Felt safe at night, it was a gated community.」

「Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund...
