“Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected……

“The breakfast area was clean but the food wasn’t that good. The potatoes was hard for “ both “days. the sausage wasn’t browned they were still really light. The eggs had water in them. Please put a little more effort into how the breakfast is prepared.. this is my go to hotel in this area.”

“We almost always stay here when we visit Houston area, which is pretty frequent. We love the convenient location and walking to Cracker Barrel for supper.”

“We stayed here last year and it was such a nice hotel we decided to stay again this year for my husband’s work trip in the area. The pool, gym and in hotel restaurant - along with outside restaurants shopping and a nail salon within walking distance made this fun for me while he was working. The property is well maintained, the have security in the lot outside and the staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“continently located. free airport shuttle and free parking. It ALSO has shuttle services for the the nearby area from the hotel - which is perfect for us. the only minor point is that it didn’t have house keeping for the weekends, which were exactly the three nights we stayed. ”

“Don’t book! They charge 100 dollars incidentals & then scam to not return the full amount. We were accused of stealing LED lights from the bathroom which was not true. We barely spent time in the hotel & were only there for short increment of time. We requested sheet changes after finding stains on our bed & they refused to replace our sheets & towels. Front desk workers were rude when I tried to find solutions to these problems.”
