"Not a lot of choices"

"The staff allowed me to check in very early since we just arrived from a Disney Cruise from the east coast. They also allowed a late check out due to an illness from a family member at another Hotel. Clean rooms and plenty to do here!"

"Fee at the hotel was way above what hotels.com told us it would be "

"I have no idea where to begin. There were construction workers all over the hotel. Styrofoam and fiberglass as well as can were falling down on top of us or flying through the air. Construction workers were roaming around inside the towers with guests, which did not make us feel safe at all. The manager stated that construction workers were not supposed to be in the towers or on florrs with guests staying. The construction crew showed up at 6:00AM and were on property until 7:00 PM. The garbage around the property from the renovations was disgusting."

"Lovely location. Relaxing if you do not plan on the parks. "

"The property is decent enough. The rooms a nice, but needs updated. The bathroom are small and outdated. The room with two queen beds should accommodate 4 people, but there literally only space for one suitcase stand. The rest of your party has to do a daily obstacle course to navigate around everyone’s suitcase. Except for the main entrance, none of the other exits allowed access back into the building because the room key pads are broken. On the better side. The morning breakfast and area are wonderful. The pool area is super nice and comfortable. Aside from the few areas for improvement, the hotel’s location to Disney parks and other attractions is excellent."

"The rooms are clean but very outdated almost feels as if you are staying at a motel. The staff was great and helpful; didn’t have much interaction with them other than complaining about noise which they compensated by waiving fees. The pool area is nice but it has seen better days. Before booking just call to make sure they don’t have any conventions staying with majority kids/teenagers. "

"This place was fun and great for families! Lots of fun things to do and lazy River and watersides were a highlight."
