「Beautiful old home in a great neighborhood. Main street is noisy, but not overwhelming. The long term tenants are very polite and quiet. Parking in the rear is tight with large vehicles. Extremely Clean and well maintained home. 」

「The home was lovely. 4 of us stayed, as we were in town for a memorial. After the memorial 10 of us gathered to look at pictures and chat. It was comfortable for a get together. Rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Host was helpful and quickly responded to our questions. 」

So many comfy places to gather inside and out, and the added attraction of being right on the Delaware River made our 4-night stay extra special. The house was spotlessly clean; the kitchen well-appointed, and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Joan is the consummate hostess who was available from the moment...

「We filled both houses with a family members to attend a family reunion near by. The reunion was great but the best time we had was our stay at the farm. There is plenty of space and lots of rooms. Everyone had something to do. We used the boats, practiced frisbee golf, hit some golf balls, sat by the fire pit and played ping pong. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The decor is fun and interesting」

「The property was absolutely beautiful, whistle, clean, and well stocked, really cute coffee bar with all the amenities, the hot tub was terrific and the view out the back of the Delaware river was stunning.」

「My family had a great stay here. It's a very unique and artful space. It worked great for six of us varying in age ranges with 2 adults and 4 kids. The Salvage Sip Cafe just up Main Street has great coffee and some breakfast items like croissants, bagels, and muffins. We're in this area somewhat regularly and would definitely stay here again. :-)」

「Beautiful historic property with recent updates. If you have mobility issues, might not be good as all bedrooms are upstairs and stairs could be challenging. Otherwise, this is an outstanding property and our stay was fantastic. 」
