Check in was quick and easy when we arrived, the Patel's run a nice place. Room was very clean and tidy. I think they recently redid the floors was nice. The staff is helpful and you can get coffee early in the morning. Parking has never been an issue even with it being a small hotel. This is my usual when I travel to Franklin for my car group.

My room was clean and quiet and had a very comfortable bed. Parking was plentiful and close to my room. Unfortunately the Wi Fi was out the entire four days of my stay; at least, I couldn’t get the TV to work. I also wish they had hand towels to use by the sink. They only supply small bath towels and wash clothes. Overall this is an acceptable budget stay.
