“Didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were in town for Sonic Temple 2026, BUT…the Check-In was quick and impressively friendly! That friendliness did not end there. I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning. Anyway, I would definitely……

“I was glad they had food and beverage on premises, otherwise one would have to uber somewhere. There was one huge disappointment... the one and only waitress/bartender had the worst customer service I've had in a looooong time. She was unwelcoming and went in the corner and talked on her phone at times. My order came up and the kitchen 'dinged' that it was up, and she just continued talking on the phone for a couple of minutes. After serving it, she went right back on her phone. She wasn't rude……

“I thought the indoor swimming pool could be cleaner. It was kind of grungy around the top rim. The temperature was fabulous and I loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. Rooms were great. I was not at an event so I did not get breakfast there.”
