"Very comfortable and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable as well and that is important on a night away!"

"This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?"

There was a loud and rowdy family playing with legos in our hallway and making a commotion, and the staff was so polite and helpful to everybody in our hallway for kindly asking them to go somewhere else. I could not believe the were out there doing that so late at night when the walls at the hotel are on the thin side. I didn’t blame the hotel at all because walls are walls, but they took care of...
