「Nice staff, close parking, easy check-in....」

「Staff was wonderfully welcoming and friendly at check in. Room was spacious and clean. We had a ground floor room near and exit door and stairwell door- so that was noisy but I had a box fan that worked to get rid of the noise. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Coffee was delicious! 」

「This hotel is a true gem. Very customer focused. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. We were seated and the hot breakfast items were served to us. The room was nicely decorated, quiet, and safe. Parking was right in front of our door making the unpacking and packing very easy. Happy hour was available with free beer and wine. I hope the word gets out about the LX Hotel and that it stays very busy. Staff were very professional helpful, and friendly.」

「We had a room on the side that backed up to the highway. You could hear traffic noise. Did not keep us awake though. 」

「The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

「Having stayed there when it was new, can say with certainty that it’s outside has deteriorated. But the inside seemed in very good condition, room was nice, clean, and comfortable with lots of thought in design and amenities. Enjoyed the stay overall, once I got past first impressions. 」

「My one night stay at the best Western Inn in Winchester Tennessee was very pleasant. Tyler the attendant on duty when I checked in and also when I checked out was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Very welcoming, which is always nice when you arrive from a few hours of driving. While the property is a bit older, my room was clean, refrigerator kept my items very cold, the bed was firm with plenty of pillows. Parking lot was well lit and clean as well.
